Book of Remembrance

During the Yizkor service on Yom Kippur, we remember our loved ones who are no longer with us. 

This year, WSIS will publish a Book of Remembrance - a booklet of the names of those who have passed from our lives - to be distributed on Yom Kippur. This book provides a meaningful way to memorialize our friends and family through a gift of tzedakah. 

Please fill out the form below with the names of those friends and relatives you wish to include in the Book of Remembrance. Please submit your information by Friday, September 14 to ensure that your names are included in the printing.
