Rabbi E. Samuel Klibanoff was born and raised in New Rochelle, NY. He was ordained at Yeshiva Shaarei Torah in Suffern, NY under the tutelage of Rabbi Berel Wein. While there, he also received an undergraduate degree in psychology from Ramapo College and a Master's Degree in Secondary Education from Adelphi University. Rabbi Klibanoff served pulpits in Parsippany NJ and Atlantic Beach NY for sixteen years. Currently he serves as the Senior Rabbi of Congregation Etz Chaim in Livingston. He is married to Dr. Sarah Klibanoff and together they have five daughters.
