Chassidic Shabbaton with the Koidenover Rebbe Shli"ta, November 6-7
The Rebbe is known for his accessibility and down to earth demeanor. His piercing insight has gained him a growing following. The Shabbaton will feature a unique singles dinner with Rabbi Shlomo Slatkin – an expert in the field of relationship therapy. The dinner will conclude with words of wisdom from the Koidenover Rebbe.
The Chassidic flavor continues during the day with our Chulent Throwdown, pitting some of the finest chulent artists in the city against one another. On Thursday night, or Friday morning, preparations can be made as each team fires up their own unique chulent.
The Shabbaton will culminate with a spiritually charged Melave Malka (Saturday evening meal) where all can receive blessings from the Rebbe.

Judaism and Therapy Shabbaton - December 4-5
Welcome back to the second year of The Judaism and Therapy Shabbaton. In its first year, singles, families, and young
couples all found meaning in this wonderful weekend of advice, sharing, and practical workshops. Professional
psychologist and licensed therapists will be speaking and spending time with us over the course of the Shabbat.
Rock n’ Roll & Chulent - February 5-6
Our highlight shabbaton of the year is the famous WSIS Rock and Roll Shabbaton. From laughter to inspiration, the weekend traverses a range of emotions. We have been moved by the passion for Judaism from Bob Marley and the Wailers front man Elan. 350 people packed the synagogue to have dinner with Grammy winner Matisyahu. This past year, we laughed with Springsteen drummer Max Weinberg. We also learned from Rabbi Einhorn in his shiurim – “G-d Gave Rock and Roll to You?”, “Jacob’s Ladder, the first Stairway to Heaven,” “The Zemanim, They are a Changin: Bob Dylan and Judaism,” and “How the Rock Stars Depicted Jerusalem.”
Join us again this year for a Shabbaton that promises to be bigger and better with Rock and Roll legends reflecting on their Jewish experience.
